Products are eligible for return if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return.

Refund Process & Timing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed , and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Exchange Options
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we offer an exchange, subject to product availability. Please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the product, along with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
